Hey Y’all!

I’m Rohn Strong. I’m a designer, an author, a teacher, but more importantly I am a crocheter.

I love my job and I’m blessed to be able to do it every single day. Over the past eight years I’ve been designing I’ve had the opportunity to not only be a part of the crochet community that I love, but to help mold it.

For those of you who may not know me, I’m an author, designer, instructor, and broadcast personality in the knitting and crochet world. I specializes in crochet, tunisian crochet, hand knitting, and loom knitting.

I’m probably most well known for my book, Step Into Crochet, the first and only full length book to break down the science behind crochet socks.

I’m also known for my best selling crochet books and my accessible, inclusive, and patient approach to nurturing the crochet community via print, video and social media.

I continue to build his design portfolio becoming an internationally recognized blogger, designer, and author; a designer for major brands like Lion Brand Yarn, Red Heart Yarns, and Premier Yarns, and as the Crochet, Knit, and Loom Knitting Expert on PBS’ Knit and Crochet Now! Seasons 7 and 9.

Each day I strive to motivate and inspire people to do what they love through education both online and in person – most recently authoring the resource guide Step Into Crochet.
